What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run NDT Flash client from http://www.measurementlab.net/tools/ndt
2. Wait for test to complete

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The NDT Flash client shows every user a "Debug" button. It's not clear to a  
casual user what this information means or how they should interpret it.  
The Flash client should not show this by default. Instead, it should only  
show it in a "debug" mode (possibly initiated by a keyboard shortcut or URL  
variable).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 37 on Ubuntu x64
