General Comment:
The actual problem was that dumptrace variable was declared twice (in  
web100srv.c and web100-pcap.c files) but was only assigned correct value in  
one of them. Checking if tmpstr is more than 5 characters is necessary at  
this moment (same solution has been present in test_s2c_src.c file so far)  
because "Ready" string is sent if tcpdump is disabled so we need to  
distinguish this status from actual filename.
New changes available on Issue93 branch.
