EDUCAUSE CALL FOR PROPOSAL

 Extending the Reach Program

EDUCAUSE is seeking affiliated groups of campuses
or organizations to submit proposals to offer outreach
services to promote the adoption of

- enterprise directories
- authentication
- authorization

The content model promulgated will be based on
the National Science Foundation - EDIT Consortium
(http://www.nmi-edit.org) and Internet2 Middleware
Initiative (http://middleware.internet2.edu)
components and architectures.

AVAILABLE FUNDING
Funding up to $75,000 per proposal is available.
There will be no more than six supported projects
selected through this CFP.

WHO CAN APPLY
The Program is targeted at higher-education consortia
and non-profit organizations which

1) support higher education and research as a primary
audience and
2) leverage shared goals and established relationships
to assist members with technology and collaborative
projects.

Responses from U.S. state higher-education systems and
state-based, not-for-profit network providers are
particularly welcome.
