Dear Colleagues:

I want to alert you to the details of the next Internet2 Virtual Briefing
on Wednesday, July 17, 1:00pm-2:30pm EDT.  The topic is
“Collaboration Case Studies Using International Connectivity”and will
feature a series of presentations moderated by Internet2 International
Program Manager, Ana Preston.  Speakers and topics include Greg
Palmer and Jennifer MacDougall from the MAGPI GigaPoP at the University
of Pennsylvania on language, culture and education international
collaborations; Steve Peltier from the National Center for Microscopy and
Imaging Research at the University of California, San Diego on
IPv6-enabled telemicroscopy; and Eduardo Vera from AccessNova Research
Program at the University of Chile, Santiago on supporting international
radio astronomy and remote instrumentation.  This promises to be an
exciting event, as we push the limits of connectivity across the United
States and from Chile.
