We look forward to your participation and lighting talk presentation at the 2024 Minority Serving - Cyberinfrastructure Consortium (MS-CC) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., from May 29-31, 2024.

 

Please find below some information to assist you in preparing for the meeting.

 

Lightning Talks Guidelines 

Please review our lightning talks guidelines. We have provided guidance on how to prepare for your lightning talk, as well as tips to help make your lightning talk successful.

Hotel Lodging 

If you require hotel accommodations, you must book your lodging by Wednesday, May 8 using this link. Please note that the hotel reservation website will ask you to provide a credit card on file at the time of reservation. All presenters and annual meeting attendees who are not from an HBCU or TCU will need to cover their own hotel and incidental expenses. The room block rate of $289 + tax and fees per night is available through Wednesday, May 8.

 

Logo Request

Each lightning talk presenter will have a dedicated table set up at the Lightning Talk Social Hour, immediately following the lightning talks session. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with current logos so we can include them on a sign that will be placed on your assigned table for the Lightning Talk Social Hour. Please email your logos to me at by Friday, May 10, 2024.
