Please join us at the Welcome Reception in the District Ballroom beginning at 5 p.m. for opening remarks. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served during the Welcome Reception, which ends at 7 p.m.

You can take the Washington Metro Silver Line from Dulles International Airport, or the Washington Metro Blue Line from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
Mini Workshop on Friday - a few spots are still available! Part of the official MS-CC Annual Meeting program is an immersive, two-hour mini workshop where you can learn more about best practices for supporting science and engineering applications for campus research and education activities. The mini-workshop is free but you need to secure your spot with a separate registration form.
