If they were SIP, which may be in your SIP Registrar logs, the best thing you can do it turn SIP off in the endpoint, if possible.  Depending on how incoming SIP is handled,  they might be blocked by Firewall rules, origination ID, Allowing ONLY your domain to make SIP calls in the registrar or Turn systems off for the night.
