OpenSAML user discussion

Please use the OpenSAML user's list for questions like this.  You'll probably get a faster response and everyone will benefit from the answers and discussion.

That package is in the java-xmltooling project, which is a dependency of the java-opensaml2 project.  Not sure what/where you downloaded, but the OpenSAML 2 dist contains that jar as well as all the other required dependencies.
