All you need is doxygen installed and the configure script will cause it to
generate the API material at build time. There are also RPMs available with
the docs, can't recall if they're separate or part of the -devel pkgs.

Please use new threads for questions that have nothing to do with the topic,
and not replies to unrelated messages.
