OpenSAML 2 (and its underlying libs) compile again. They now include:

- Initial Encryption/Decryption support
- Refactored and generalized trust engines
- Initial SAML2 binding implementations

All of the new functionality is almost completely untested and totally undocumented, but if people want to begin poking around these new APIs they're there.
