No, I do not provide any implementation of a source ID mapping process
because there is no metadata implementation currently included, nor can I
properly customize the SAML binding in all the ways that would be required,
including finding the actual endpoint to use. As a toolkit, it doesn't try
to encapsulate all the configuration that would go into deployment.
Shibboleth does.

Instead, I provide an interface (ArtifactMapper) that is responsible for
turning artifacts into assertions. You have to supply an implementation of
it to use the SAMLBrowserProfile provider with that profile.

If you want to see an example of one, look at Shibboleth.
