Unfortunately, your question is too vague for me to answer. Perhaps
you should read the SAML Technical Overview:

Maybe it describes a use case similar to yours.

Alas, this is a FAQ for which there is no satisfactory answer. The
usual response is to look at Shibboleth as the prototypical example of
how OpenSAML is used:

That may be way more than what you're interested in, however. If you
could describe your use case in more detail, maybe we could provide
better pointers.
