mace-opensaml-users - error while getting the SAML Assertion

I am trying to do the Cross Domain SSO between 2 entities.
Domain A IS Sun ONE Portal Server 6.1
Domain B is WebLogic Application Server 7.1
Scenario is after getting Artifacts when i invoke PortalServer for Assertions.
we are getting the following error while getting the SAML Assertion from Sun
ONE Portal Server.
"|ERROR|send() received an invalid content type in the response (text/html),
with the following content:
2004-10-29 15:47:45,962|ExecuteThread: '10' for queue:
'default'|ERROR|<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Forbidden</TITLE></HEAD>
org.opensaml.BindingException: send() detected an invalid content type in the
response: text/html
at org.opensaml.SAMLSOAPBinding.send(SAMLSOAPBinding.java:168)
Can you Help or throw some light?
