OpenSAML user discussion

FYI,

In conjunction with the latest Shibboleth release, OpenSAML has branched 
again for 0.8. Both the Java and the C++ external APIs
should be relatively stable at this point.

The READMEs in the packages describe some of the changes, as usual.

The JavaDocs are posted on the site, and I hope to find some time to work on 
the autogen docs sometime soon.
