Planning for the 2016 Internet2 Global Summit is underway and its time to think about your attendance and lodging.  Once your attendance at this meeting has been approved by your manager, please take a few minutes to:

• Register for the 2016 Internet2 Global Summit at: https://meetings.internet2.edu/2016-global-summit/attendee-information/registration/

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you will be forwarding this email to board members or any other special guests whose lodging will be paid for out of an Internet2 cost center, please be sure to include a cost center in your email and instruct the individual(s) to enter it on the "Cost Center" line of the form.

• Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly, as we have set aside a staff room block for our internal needs. The remaining room allotment is for the use of individual attendees
