Thank you for the update. For now, we will have to get back to you with a procedure for how to handle the reservation process for these rooms. We currently do not have a process in place for this type of situation, but we will troubleshoot this ASAP.

Wanted to follow up about our IMLS workshop for that Thursday.  We will need to have approximately 20 rooms reserved, may be less, for them to have that Wednesday, May 18th, the night before the workshop.  Some, including me and James and some regional partners will already have rooms and we will want to cover the cost of that one night with our grant cost center.  There will be others just coming in for one night and we will want to cover their room with our grant CC.

Let me know if we need to set up a call to discuss this and the catering, room, etc. more.  James and I are happy to discuss live, it may be easier!

• Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly, as we have set aside a staff room block for our internal needs. The remaining room allotment is for the use of individual attendees
