1.  Welcome (John Moore, Paul Schopis, co-chairs)

From Chris: The attached document is a summary of the slides we discussed two weeks ago (TR-CPS Consolidation Slides.pdf is attached here, too), and the results of the headroom and Net+ subgroups that discussed their areas over the last few weeks. It’s very rough and has a few placeholders for additional content, but it should be enough to start this larger group on editing and polishing. As it’s a very initial draft, please don’t distribute beyond this call. 

2.  Update from Headroom Practice review group (Chris Robb)

Chris will provide an update on the discussion held by the Headroom Practice review group. The group looked at the current Headroom Practice document and considered how TR-CPS traffic fits. (See page 2-4 of attached document)

3.  Update from NET+ Group (Chris Robb)

The NET+ Group met and had a great conversation which Chris outlines in his document on pages 4-5 of the attached document).
