Winter 2011 Joint Techs Attendees

An exciting feature at the upcoming Winter 2011 ESCC/Internet2 Joint Techs is the opportunity to give a 5-minute presentation on ANY topic of potential interest to the group. These “lightning talks” are given at the end of the meeting and often create BoFs for future meetings. To be considered, submit your proposed talk to before 2 pm Tuesday, February 1! The committee will choose up to 6 talks and inform submitters whether or not they have been selected before 6:00 pm. Remember, slides are welcome but not necessary; however, if you HAVE slides, they must be submitted in the usual manner (http://events.internet2.edu/2011/jt-clemson/speakerinfo.cfm).

Also, please don't forget to "register" for one (or more) of the Sunday Tutorials -- at this point, we have 30 registrants for the all-day MPLS Tutorial and the room only fits 40! Priority will be given to those who have pre-registered (in order). There is room in all the other tutorials at this point, but MPLS is filling up fast so register now if you want to participate.

While you are "registering," take a moment to indicate if you'd like to participate in either of the Campus Tours -- these will only be offered during the Luncheon BoF times on Monday and Tuesday and will be cancelled if there is insufficient interest so don't "wait" until you arrive to add your name to the list!
