[Apologies for cross-postings...] Please help spread the word about this very special event TODAY Friday May 4, 2012 from 3-4pm EDT. Behind the Scenes with the Poet Laureate Philip Levine, the 18th Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry at the Library of Congress, will connect with high schools and public libraries via video conference over Internet2 to read and discuss three of his poems: “Our Valley,” “The Simple Truth,” and “What Work Is.” The reading and discussion will be followed by an extended question and answer period with video conference participants.
