All,

I'd like to extend a special thank you to Kate, Juliana, and Kendal
from Jessamine Public Library and René and Mike from K12 BOCES in NY
for sharing their experiences using videoconferencing on today's call.
 You all did a wonderful job in leading us in a great discussion.  And
thanks Rene for making the Mark Twain visitation possible as well!

I apologize to those of you who were not able to join due to technical
difficulties with the bridge today.  We're looking into what happened
and will correct for future calls.

We didn't have time for an update from the IVC librarians "best
practices" working group.  Judy, perhaps you can send a brief report
via the listserv?
