Below please find some useful and important information to make your stay more enjoyable

1)  Wireless access information is attached to this email.  Thank you to our hosts for providing the networking at the conference location.

2)  A note from our hosts:  Bring a jacket; it can be cool in the evenings and it certainly is tonight!

3)  Internet access in your room at the San Mateo Marriott is complimentary for meeting attendees.  However you will be asked to sign up and select one of the internet packages (daily or weekly rate).  Hotel suggest you sign up for the weekly $44.95 package to save you having to sign in every day.  The charge will be deducted from your bill when you checkout. 

4)  Parking is complimentary for meeting attendees staying at the San Mateo Marriott.  Your hotel key card will get you in and out of the car park.

5)  If you are driving yourself to campus, and to avoid a $40.00 parking ticket, please pay close attention to the parking instructions posted on the Transportation and Parking information.  We have event parking reserved on the rooftop of Parking Structure 5.

6)  A transportation schedule should be handed to you as you check in at the San Mateo Marriott.  If not and you need one please ask.  It's also linked from the Transportation and Parking information page and we will have copies at the JT Registration Desk.

As always, Ce and I will be located at the Joint Techs registration desk (Berg Hall Lobby) if we can assist you in any way.
