Dear Colleagues,

The call for presenting a poster session at the Spring 2003 Member
Meeting in Arlington, Va April 9- 11, is now available for
response.  The theme for the spring 2003 meeting is “Key
Relationships: Scholarship, Research, and Advanced Networking,” with
plenary and track sessions addressing the collaborative relationships
afforded by advanced networking with instruction and research activities
at Internet2 member institutions.  Information about the meeting can

Poster sessions are a consciously low-tech forum for the exchange of
information and ideas about collaborations, projects and
works-in-progress. Stories are conveyed by the use of graphs, diagrams,
pictures, data, and narrative text displayed on ~2' x 3' corkboard.
Participants informally discuss their presentations with meeting
attendees during the staffed hours for poster sessions, usually breaks
and mealtimes.

Regular, Corporate and Affiliate members and international MOU
partners are welcomed to submit proposals for poster sessions.

Submission Information
Each poster submission must contain: 
Title 
Institution or organization name
Brief abstract 
Contact name and email address

Space is limited; posters will be considered on the basis of the
following criteria:
> Degree of anticipated interaction and information sharing; session
is designed to promote discussion among attendees and to advance work
> Relevance to advanced networking and advanced applications; those
things that are not possible or reasonable to do with the commodity
Internet
> Demonstration of the value of Internet2 to its members and to
research, teaching and learning

Submission deadline is Friday February 28, 2003 
Notification will be sent by Monday March 10, 2003; logistical
information will be provided at that time
