Those interested in digital video (streaming, storing/serving, or 
collaborative conferencing) may want to make note of the following 
event/date. Attendance is not limited to the SURA region.

Annual SURA/ViDe Digital Video Workshop
March 20 & 21, 2001
GCATT, Atlanta, Georgia

This conference provides an opportunity for hearing more about the 
latest developments and deployments using digital video over IP, 
particularly within the SURA region. The agenda will include 
introductory, tutorial sessions as well as presentations that provide 
more indepth coverage of key advanced topics. In addition, this 
year's agenda will include several case studies to share lessons 
learned from actual DV implementations. Invited speakers include 
experts from inside and outside the SURA region.

This is all designed to further the progress of this valuable new 
communication mode, making it more useful for everyone while ensuring 
that we all live through the process ;-). So, *hold that date* and we 
will look forward to seeing you there!
