Through the hard work of the Data Migration sub-working group of the Internet2 Cloud Storage Working Group, and with feedback from the NET+ Google Workspace for Education Service Advisory Board, we finalized the Data Migration RFI earlier this month. 

Three providers of data migration technologies were selected:

Providing cloud-based solutions to meet the Higher Ed community needs is one of the driving missions for the Internet2 NET+ program. In order to ensure cloud services meet community needs and NET+ program standards, cloud providers undergo a robust, community-led evaluation process. 

If you are interested in working with us on features/functionality, security, accessibility, identity aspects as well as pricing and legal negotiations in support of a NET+ agreement that meets the needs of our community, please let me know. Let me know also which of the three vendors you are interested in helping us with for this evaluation effort.
