Sorry to revisit this old thread but we are seeing this again. Can you point me to any docs or outline the steps 'moving the logs' and 'sending the full log'? Are these standard loader jobs like loaderRunOneJob("MAINTENANCE_cleanLogs")?

Try stopping your loader, moving the logs, turning it on, and sending the full log.  After that you can skip forward by stopping loader, editing the table grouper_change_log_consumer (change last sequence processed up a bunch), and starting again

We didn't see this in dev or stage testing but in prod we keep seeing this:

I have found an earlier thread that talked about this, but it seems like parts of the thread are missing. It discusses timeouts and pit commands but I cannot find how these are implemented or run.
