Grouper Users - Open Discussion List

I'm a tiny bit confused as to what is using RabbitMQ through Grouper. I 
don't necessarily need to know the fine details, but everything about 
PSP NG talks about LDAP. So if I'm only going to do RabbitMQ (send and 
receive) do I need PSP, PSP NG, or SCIM? I don't plan on doing LDAP from 
Grouper. So gsh, WS, and UI should be all that I need from my tiny bit 
of understanding.
