Try stopping your loader, moving the logs, turning it on, and sending the full log.  After that you can skip forward by stopping loader, editing the table grouper_change_log_consumer (change last sequence processed up a bunch), and starting again

We didn't see this in dev or stage testing but in prod we keep seeing this:

I have found an earlier thread that talked about this, but it seems like parts of the thread are missing. It discusses timeouts and pit commands but I cannot find how these are implemented or run.
