Michael Gettes found a performance issue from staring at the matrix which is Grouper info logs. 

 

This is fixed in patch: 2.4 api patch #38

 

You might see a performance gain of 100% - 1000% for large groups or group lists (processing more than 100k members).  Also the CPU utilization of loader will decrease.
