I think you need to have a property for
log4j.appender.grouper_error.rollingPolicy defined explicitly. The
examples I'm seeing would be something like:
log4j.appender.grouper_error.rollingPolicy=org.apache.log4j.rolling.FixedWindowRollingPolicy
