Hi Dave,

Thanks for this- we hit the issue with "+" characters in Grouper 2.2 as
well and I think did a local patch to escape it. By the sounds of it it
has been patched in Grouper 2.3 now although it wasn't fully working
when you reported it.

Our bug report was https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/GRP-1098 for
reference.
