Not sure how much traffic you expect… 

Do you have a load balancer like an F5?

 

If so, run a couple or a few UI’s and WS’s.  If not, run one J

You can run a couple or a few loaders as well.

 

On our UI at penn we have 800MB mem and 130MB permgen.

WS is 500MB and 100MB

Loader is 1800MB, but this has been gradually increasing over time, as we add more jobs…

We are not yet running Grouper in any real world situation, we're bringing up a few PoC environments and our operations team wants to our vm requirements.

 

We're looking at using the grouper installer for the PoC, with an eye towards TIER's grouper container in the future.

 

Are there any resource / sizing recommendations for a grouper installation?  (memory, cpus, etc).
