We did something similar, we created a psp.properties file and referenced it with the psp-services.xml in the attribute resolver xml tags. Look for the entry propertyFile="..." I think there are about 5 of them.
Not sure if that's the best way to do this but it did work for us.

If we have two LDAP sources (one is a subject source defined in ldap-sources.properties, the other is our target Active Directory defined in ldap.properties), how do we tell the PSP sync engine (not PSPng) to use the one defined in ldap.properties rather than ldap-sources.properties? What are we overlooking here?
