Are you talking about enabled / disabled dates on memberships? Yes, the API allows time. We could do that in the UI also…

Is it possible to have a start and end TIME and not just date? The UI only allows date selection, but perhaps the api could allow date/time?

The rule idea is a good one, set a rule on the group via GSH that sets an end date for new memberships 3 months in the future

You can manually schedule this from the UI: View the members of the group. Find the member you wish to edit and choose the [Action] button. Choose the [Edit Membership and Privileges] context menu item. You can then edit the start/end times for membership.
You can also use Grouper rules to set up groups that automatically configure an end date. For example, I have a "New Hires" group that I put newly hired employees in to confer some basic access before their information filters through our ERP. A rule automatically schedules anyone added to be removed in 30 days, by which time they should have been picked up by other systems and been granted regular access.
Currently, there is no convenient way to configure rules via the New UI. I tend to set those kind of speecial cases up using GSH.

All,
I have a quick question and this might already be answered. I couldn't find
the right keyword for my search so I figured asking my use case would be
easier. I appreciate all the help and support.
We have request to provide the ability manage access to an application for a
limited timeframe. So if a user is granted access to an application for 3
months by adding them to a group. How can we handle this in grouper (if the
feature is supported) ? I didn't find any option in the UI but I could have
missed it.
