Unfortunately, this is something of an odd case where we are trying to
upgrade our test environment to match our production environment, which
we had already previously upgraded to 2.2.2 (before 2.3.0) was released.
I'm using a non-production set of 2.2.2 hosts and just trying to update
our old 2.1.5 registry for use with them.
