Yes, include/exclude is something we haven’t considered in loader group 
renames (or maybe group renames in general).  We will figure this out for 
you.  Can you please put in the jira the loader attributes and values you 
have (nothing sensitive)?  Also an example row or two returned from the 
query(ies) (can be sanitized data)

We upgraded grouper from 2.2.0 to 2..2.1( release version without any patch) 
and ran the sql loader and it didn't work.

Please note that groups in my testing are include ,exclude groups.

The loader is changing the name of name of system of record grouper and is 
not changing the name of related 'include' 'exclude' and main group.
For example

'Primary care Sponsors' is main group name that should be changed to 
'Nutritional Sciences Sponsors' but it didn't change.
Related group  'Primary care Sponsors include'  'Primary care Sponsors 
excludes ' and 'Primary care Sponsors system of record and includes' didn't 
change.
'Primary care Sponsors system of record' however changed to ' 
SHRP-Nutritional Sciences Guest Admins system of record'
And this is consistent between version 2.2.0 and 2.2.1
