There is a jira for this in 2.2.1, is that the version you are using?

Thanks

Subject: [grouper-users] Re: posixGroup provisioning through psp

Greetings again,

I've gotten as far as being able to set up a resolver that will when performing a gsh -psp -bulkCalc seems to show that I can populate memberUid in a posix group, However I need to come up with a gidNumber. It looks like there is an "index ID" available when I look at a group in the UI, however I can't seem to find a way to get that number through the resolver.

Anyone have an idea how I can pick that number up so I can assign it to an LDAP attribute?

I'm evaluating grouper for our university, and it looks like there was a recipe for creating a posixGroup using pre psp interfaces. One of the use cases is to allow unix groups be evaluated over ldap but we need a way of assigning guidNumber on group creates

Does anyone have a resolver recipe for something like that using psp?
