I have a question : when i create a group (the grouper loader daemon is 
running) with a loader job configuration (for example : LDAP_SIMPLE),  
it seems that the quartz cron have no effect. I need to restart the 
grouper loader daemon to take into account the quartz cron.

Is that normal ?
