Yep. We can work with that. Maybe we can revisit this when developing the new UI (i.e. move this to the API, so a STEM is like ADMIN of a group where you can do all privs on that)

Is there a way to configure Grouper such that subjects automatically get the privilege to create groups under stems they've created using WS calls with actAsSubjectId?
It's odd to me because with default settings they seem to get the privilege to create additional stems under stems they create, but not groups within those stems.
