Do you have one ldap (or jndi) source adapter in sources.xml or
multiple ? Probably one.

If you have one ldap source adapter in sources.xml, do you specify
both identical openldap directories in your ldap url ? e.g.
"ldap://ldap1.example.edu ldap://ldap2.example.edu"; ?

Are you using replication on the identical openldap directories ? Probably
not.
