Currently you need to be wheel or grouperSystem... maybe we need to revisit
that too...
Scott, if you are at the member meeting next week maybe we can discuss
informally there.

Also, what privileges are needed in order for a subject/member
to assign a value to an attribute for that member?

I did this:


but when I then try to assign a value for that attribute
(using Grouper WS) I get

Subject Subject id:
sourceId: ligo is
not wheel or GrouperSystem\n\tat

In plain english, I want a user to be able to set some
attributes on himself or herself.
