Sorry, I did not realize that. We use the * throughout the rest of our directory application, but I can just inspect the search string and substitute the % for the * pretty easily. Thanks.

The grouperClient mirrors the API where you can use SQL search wildcards (underscore and percent).  Is that not sufficient?

Is there a possibility of allowing wild card characters in the GrouperClient. findGroupsWs method in release 1.5? Specifically allow the asterisk to represent wild card characters. Ideally allow any number of them in the search string.
