The documentation and the ldappc.example.xml file says that
'grouper-attribute' is only necessary for a flat structure. I
am using 'bushy':

               structure="bushy"
-sh-3.2$ grep flat ldappc.xml
-sh-3.2$

Did I miss a requirement in the changelog?
