I see the following error when using the 'dist' target:

/opt/grouper/grouper-ui-1.4.0/build.xml:201: The following
error occurred while executing this line:
/opt/grouper/grouper-ui-1.4.0/build.xml:216: Class
net.sf.antcontrib.logic.IfTask doesn't support the nested
"matches" element.

How can I work around this error?
