Hi everyone,

I was attempting to build GrouperUI 1.3 when I noticed errors in the
logs stating that it can't find my root stem. 

And then from Grouper shell, I tried to search for my root stem as shown
below:

gsh-0.1.1 2% getStems("ncl")
// Error: unable to evaluate command: Sourced file: inline evaluation
of: ``getStems("ncl");'' : Error invoking compiled command: : Error in
compiled command:
edu.internet2.middleware.grouper.GrouperRuntimeException: unable to find
root stem

Since this is a test build, I decided to add a new root stem as follows:

gsh-0.1.1 3% addRootStem("ncl", "Newcastle University")
// Error: unable to evaluate command: Sourced file: inline evaluation
of: ``addRootStem("ncl", "Newcastle University");'' : Error invoking
compiled command: : Error in compiled command:
edu.internet2.middleware.grouper.GrouperRuntimeException: unable to find
root stem

I'm pretty much stuck because I can neither add or delete a root stem.
Does anyone know why it's going wrong? Any pointers will be helpful.
