There is a very old demo at

- click on the title to get started.

The QuickStart provides a demo database and UI, but it must be installed in 
a Java servlet container e.g. Tomcat. The the 1.3.0 UI has been overhauled 
so any existing screen shots will look out-of-date.

There are screen shots for composite groups and custom attributes at 
<http://middleware.internet2.edu/dir/groups/grouper/grouper-1.0-RC1/tutorial/UI-help.html>.
