the page is what you get when using adobe contribute to convert a word doc to 
html, overall it's done a pretty decent job at sanitising word. I will look 
and see if i can get the images resized to something a bit friendlier on the 
eye.

Caleb, this is a very nice document.  The images are difficult to read
