I'll add it to the faq, 
 
Glad to see the comment made it through to the code.google site. I've only 
tried once a so the error message when adding a comment may be an error 
itself or they have some failure recovery system.

There's also a community-editable grouper FAQ at

that might be a reasonable locus for such hard-won knowledge.

And I now see you you've added a comment to the gsh documentation page
linked to code.google, which seems a fine place.
