Implemented test suite to test VOOT calls.
The suite has three main test classes:

a class to test the basic business logic of the VOOT protocl
a class to test the parameters that can be passed to VOOT call to change order or to paginate answers
a class to test the error messages when passing wrong arguments or parameters to VOOT calls
