The approach definitely looks promising, but we are quite a ways a way
from totally replacing gsh today. Off the top of my head we still
need to:

* make sure the bootstrap is being done right
* create/test update commands
* review current command set and see what could/should be ported over
* would be great if current users of gsh could try ggsh and see were
it doesn't meet expectations.
* what else?

The idea off shipping both for a while seems reasonable especially if
there are jobs that gsh is doing well now that haven't been accounted
for yet.
