If you are willing going forward with each release of grouper to translate 
any diffs of the file, then we can add to the Grouper SVN and document how to 
use it.  Is your grouper only French, or do you have both?  Let me know 
exactly how you configure this file in the Grouper UI to make it work.

I am currently working on translating the Grouper UI into french. I'm
not done yet, but I've completed the LiteUI and have started with the
main elements of the admin UI. Would you be interested in putting my
nav.properties into svn when I'll be done? Right now? Should I put it
somewhere in the wiki's contributions page?
